Cypress Terrace - Renovation

Playing the existing household doesn't mean you have to keep the house design which sometimes it is not practical. For example the house for Spencer-Kim-Lewis family, the Cypress Terrace which have 3 floors. When you have big house and lots of rooms and area, it will consume time for the Sim to go to another area from another. So I renovate a bit of the interior to fit the family usage more practically. 

The garden remain as it is.

Renovate the bar and change it to a room, rearrange the furniture at living room.

Remove the 3rd floor and keep only 2 rooms for the Sims.
